Fixes from spec 2552

Update to the generated code from the latest specification and code-generator. This includes elastic/elasticsearch-specification#2552, which fixes #666, fixes #673, fixes #690, fixes #696, fixes #648, fixes #795.

@l-trotta hey would it be possible to backport the changes for #696 specially asking for https://github.com/elastic/elasticsearch-java/pull/815/files#diff-9a776587666f90cd3feecd30d7bddaf145ea88c109db5a8fa70fa4b979c2fea1R213 to 8.13.x?

@ChrisKujawa unfortunately 8.13 is no longer supported by elasticsearch, so while we could backport the changes, it would never be released

Is this only for the client or for the complete ES stack? Can you help me finding this information? I was looking at https://www.elastic.co/support/eol, and here it seems to only mention 8.x (not clear which specific version), and then 30 months from GA?

It would help us to better understand and to know when to update
