Use eslint-doc-generator's Prettier integration

Coming over from https://github.com/eslint-community/eslint-plugin-eslint-plugin/pull/433#discussion_r1478560575: I kept having to undo Prettier changes to the README.md while contributing. https://github.com/bmish/eslint-doc-generator#prettier does exist - it'd be great to use it.
