Versions compability between ESP-IDF and Arduino Core using Arduino as ESP-IDF component

This issue tracks versions explanation of compatibilities between ESP-IDF and Arduino core. Due to the fact that Arduino ESP32 Core is now tracking ESP-IDF 4.4 version, the goal is to make compatibilities more clear.

It includes 3 main tasks:

• Check of versions and adding warning messages during compilation @me-no-dev @igrr
• Adding compatibility on Online Documentation @pedrominatel
• Pin specific issue to the top of issue list and link duplicate issues @VojtechBartoska
• Improve current Documentation @P-R-O-C-H-Y
