Typescript directly with babel7

So babel7 supports [Typescript integration](https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/typescript/2018/08/27/typescript-and-babel-7/), has anyone integrated it successfully with CRA2 and using it rather than through [create-react-app-ts](https://github.com/wmonk/create-react-app-typescript) approach?
