Feature request: Doc generation

Polymer's CLI ships with automatic, useful, interactive doc generation for components.

There is a whole community of React-loving people who are trying to make this process better.

Why not leverage their work and put this effort into the create-react-app CLI?

This might be fine in the future but we'll probably leave this to userland for now. For example, Storybook already integrates nicely with Create React App projects. We may reconsider this in the future.
