[FR]: FCM support for multiple tokens

Description

1. If I want to send a Location Push to iOS, I have to use a separate APNS token for that.
2. FCM currently does not have support for multiple, different tokens?
3. Maybe FCM should have some kind of abstraction for different types of tokens?
