Handle 429 gracefully

The Sentry client shouldnt throw a hard error (which gets logged gracefully, but still fires exception handlers) when a 429 is raised from the server.

Sentry uses the 429 status code to imply a quota has been reached and the client has been ratel imited.

I'm not sure I get the idea. Why should raven's exception handlers be called ?

Is there any news on this ?
We have our sentry log spammed by errors which all have in commons the 429 root cause.
I have seen they have done some work on it for the java client see getsentry/sentry-java#297
Or is there any workaround ?

I don't see any reason why RateLimted couldn't be a warning, or at least as a setting.

Indeed a lot of duplicate in our sentry and cant be grouped together.

Here's a screenshot of what we get. If there's some policy to handle the 429 errors we wont get the duplicate.
