Sentry SDK code is injected in prod builds if no DSN is set

Steps to Reproduce

Create Astro project, add Sentry SDK (+ add Spotlight)

Expected Result

When only using Sentry for Spotlight (i.e. not sending stuff to Sentry), the Sentry SDK code shouldn't end up in the prod bundles

Actual Result

When only using Sentry for Spotlight (i.e. not sending stuff to Sentry), the Sentry SDK code is currently added to the prod bundles

I ran into something similar with SvelteKit.

Following the 80/20 rule, and days lost on this, I just finished removing Sentry from the project. It will likely take less time to find a replacement than figure out what is going on. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
