This pull request improves the readability of the Code of Conduct by formatting it in Markdown. The following changes were made:

  • Added horizontal lines to visually separate sections.
  • Used Markdown to structure the content for easier navigation and editing.

I ensured that the content of the original Code of Conduct remains unchanged, with only the formatting being updated.

Made the Code of Conduct easier to read using Markdown features.
Made this new Code of Conduct title's the same as the old one

These horizontal rules seem gratuitous. Adding headings is enough. Suggest removing. Apologies for not catching this in initial review.
