Release Artifacts No Longer Showing Version in Artifact Name

Our current release (2.24.0 as of the time of writing) does not have the artifact versions embedded into them as was previously the case. This issue is an enhancement issue for bringing back the convention of encoding this information into the artifacts as it can improve usability of the artifacts.
