Add an option to control whether the current branch is shown at the top of the views

Not sure when it started happening, but the current branch is now placed at the top in branch view.
I'd rather like to keep the list as is. Is there any related setting about this?

Added a gitlens.views.showCurrentBranchOnTop setting to specify whether the current branch is shown at the top of the views (Branches, Repositories (branches section), Workspaces (branches section))
