Some options should not display with mobile

Options like open desktop IDE
Automatic opening of JetBrains Gateway also included that will alert URL is invalid

Steps to reproduce

1. Choose one desktop IDE in Preference
2. Open a workspace with mobile

Expected behavior

Hide unavailable options
