[Bug] Creating repo with init dont respect AlternateDefaultBranch

noticed on codeberg.org (v1.12.2)

GET https://codeberg.org/api/v1/repos/testung/createdbygitnex json object return:

...
  "release_counter": 0,
  "default_branch": "master",
  "archived": false,
...

can be tested by UI too (just rm branchname befor submitin form)
