currently API show migrationDoer as owner of migrated Issues/Comments/pulls if there was no takeover by a existing user

if you migrate a migrated repo the owner information get lost totaly ...

I propose a field has username@host-of-migration information for this kind of contend, the migration tool then could use that information ...
