[feature request] Scrum in gitea

I recently switched from GitLab to Gitea (Codeberg) and I am missing some features for project management. I think it would be nice to have scrum integrated in Gitea by having:

• Epics
• Sprints
• Story Points / Issue weights

Those features would make project management way easier and having them would probably attract companies more to use Gitea.

Also i think since there are already "Projects" (kanban boards) and milestones (long sprints 😉) it would make sense to integrate epics (basically a collection of issues) and sprints (basically a plan for the week / 2 weeks etc.). Also issue weight / story points should definitely be added since they provide a nice way of indicating how much work an issue is and how much time it takes, which is also a missing feature. There is a way to track how much time someone worked on an issue but there is no real way of estimating.
