Feature Description

GitHub always shows the changed line summaries on all PR pages (conversation, commits, (checks - not present in Gitea), files changed).
Gitea meanwhile shows it only on the files changed page.
It would be nice to copy GitHub's approach as a reviewer can then evaluate more quickly what he has to expect from this PR.
