Print source/target branches on PR's list

Feature Description

It would be great if user can see source/target branches of each PR on PR's list like it shown in BitBucket (for example).

I'm already implemented these feature in my fork for my team and I'm thinking about creating PR to your project (from my fork). In this issue I want to discuss about these feature/design. I'm ready to make some changes (change design, make it optional and etc) to make it acceptable for your mainstream project. Example attached as screenshot
