Feature Description

Since #25189 two Git credential helpers are pre-registered as universal OAuth applications

It would be handy to likewise pre-register https://gitea.com/gitea/tea as a universal OAuth application. This is necessary for tea to implement OAuth login without configuration https://gitea.com/gitea/tea/issues/598
