Repo page redirect infinitely

Description

When I created a new repository and tried to migrate an existing project, I only pushed the repository tags, not the branches, which would cause the repo page to redirect infinitely.

Hmm, interesting bug ... the workaround could be add a branch to the repo and push it ........
