Add other project URL links from pyproject to pypi packages

Feature Description

In the following issue and corresponding PR a link was added to gitea pypi packages via the [project.urls] homepage URL: #33085

On the pypi website links can also be added (with appropriate icons) for other metadata such as changelog, issues, documentation etc. https://docs.pypi.org/project_metadata/.

Not an urgent request, but might be nice to add similar to gitea at some point in the future.
