Using nrwl actions results in 404 Error

Hi,

I want to say thank you for this software, which is fantastic.

I recently started using Gitea Actions (using my own runners) and everything works great, except for one thing.

Everytime I use an action from nrwl in the CI.yaml file, I get this error:

::error::404 page not found%0A

I tried many things, but none work.

This is the command that is not working:

- name: Derive appropriate SHAs for base and head for 'nx affected' commands
uses: nrwl/nx-set-shas@v4
