Links in kanban cards to PRs in other repos point to issue's repo

Description

Steps to reproduce

1. create organization and project p
2. create repo a and b in org
3. make issue in a
4. create pull requests in a + b
   1. put link in first comment to issue in repo a (in each PR)
5. add issue in a to project
   1. it will display the PRs in kanban card but both will link to prs in repo a

I think that the link to the pr should point to the PR in repo b
