Description

1. I open a website of a Gitea-Repo e.g. https://try.gitea.io/gitea/gitea
2. and I'm not signed in
3. I move the mouse over the Fork-Button on the right top corner
   or
4. I click on the Fork-Button on the right top corner

then I get the message "You cannot fork a repository you own".
But in fact, I'm not signed in and I don't own it!

I expected a message like "You have to sign in to fork a repo"
