Make example code more consistent in documentation

This might be a bit further off, as there are other things that need addressing in documentation-land, but it would be good to make the example code in the documentation more consistent by extracting examples from the same schema.

This example code could be hosted somewhere (like glitch?) and interactive queries could be added to the documentation using sphinx-graphiql.
