Clean up ghcide and hie-bios cache in the test suite

• In hackage ci there was a big ghcide cache. It seems the cause could be the hls and plugins test suite, which are ran in hackage ci
• As a general higienic action we should use a temporal dir for cache (ghcide and hie-bios) in tests and clean it after

I think this is a great idea!
hie-bios should already honour $HIE_BIOS_CACHE_DIR which can be removed entirely after running the tests.
