Update addon based on latest NPM release

Problem/Motivation

With the current version of the addon (based on 2.10.4), there is an issue with Route53 DNS based certificates not renewing. This has been fixed in newer versions
See Issue NginxProxyManager/nginx-proxy-manager#1916 and the Pull NginxProxyManager/nginx-proxy-manager#3392

Expected behavior

Certificates should auto renew

Actual behavior

Auto renewal silently fails

Proposed changes

Please update this addon to be based on the latest NPM release: 2.11.2 at time of writing https://github.com/NginxProxyManager/nginx-proxy-manager/releases
