Change of Hive Web Wallet Address - Bitcoins Not Transfered #256

Hi there
I am hoping someone can assist me as I have transferred bitcoins into my Mac ios Hive wallet address I had been using for some time. Today I logged in to transfer the bitcoins and they weren't there. I also noted that my wallet address had changed. After reading the Hive wiki's it advises "All of your previous wallet addresses are still monitored by Hive Web and any funds they receive will contribute to your total balance".
The transfer of Bitcoins hasn't occurred in this instance and Im unsure how the said "monitoring" occurs and if its a manual process that is involved meaning Hive staff are required to transfer these bitcoins or it is completed automatically? I read now that Hive is unsupported does this mean that the process is no longer active?
If this is the case how do I retrieve my lost bitcoins?
Any help would be appreciated.
