Store tracer message on log file

We should store the tracer message on a log file. This would allow the user to send log file to our help desk and then triage the issue.

Questions:

• Where do we store the log file?
• How can we make it so that the daedalus installer would include the configuration file?
• Where do we get the configuration file? (I've looked into the iohk-monitoring's document and had not idea)

Log files should be stored on a directory specified by config file's value: launcherLogsPrefix

Example:

In this example, config file is specifying that the log file should be stored in Logs directory

We do have configuration file yet. So we have to prepare one.
Name of the log file should be launcher (With no file extension)
