Data plan zombie ("active" after expiration date)

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Set a data plan that ends at a given date in the near future,
2. wait for that date,
3. see if that plan is still marked as active after expiration date.

Expected behavior

An expired data plan should not be "active" any longer.

Actual behavior

The expired data plan is still "active" after expiration date.

Additional context

Also, settings only allow to add or update a data plan, but not to deactivate or delete a data plan. It should be possible to deactivate and to delete data plans.
