Add bluesky to contributor site

Describe the issue

The footer on the contributor site does not have our bluesky account(s), let's add those.

I attempted to do this yesterday, but it appears it will take a Docsy upgrade. @SayakMukhopadhyay Is working on those as there are breaking changes.
