Add support for registering custom merge drivers

[git2/sys/merge.h](https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2/blob/master/include/git2/sys/merge.h) in libgit2.

I intend to implement this but would appreciate it if you guys could point me in the right direction in regards to API design.
