Ensure proper accounting coverage of on-chain fees

For full accounting coverage of all debit/credit amounts, we need #999 and #1004 but also need accounting of on-chain fees. We may need to hook confirmation of all generated transactions, though, since we often generate transactions before its confirmed. In any case, users really should be able to easy know how much they spent on what all at times.
