This PR is a follow-up to #1234.

As suggested there, it currently renames Payee to PaymentParameters and Payee.pubkey to PaymentParameters.payee_pubkey.

Should, for the sake of consistency, Payee.features maybe also get renamed to PaymentParameters.payee_features?
