[OpenMP RT] Tests hanging in AArch64 when running them with passive policy #132218

I've compiled LLVM in Release and tried to pass libomp tests with passive policy running the following command:
CHECK_OPENMP_ENV='OMP_WAIT_POLICY=passive' ninja check-openmp
It turns out that some of them don't end. Here is a list of all I found that fail running several times the tests
