Description
On the first run of the job, we successfully push the tag by SHA, but fail to push the one with the :latest tag. When we rerun the job it succeeds, failing on the next image that we push with the :latest tag, until we get through the entire job. Not exactly sure why this is occurring, but should be fixed at some point. Not particularly urgent given we can just rerun the job and currently only need to push new tags once about every two years or so to keep up with ubuntu versions.
