clang `TestRunner.sh` doesn't print out PR/radr numbers

## Extended Description 
Testrunner should print something like this:
```
Failing Tests (1):
     Clang::Sema/vla.c (#3663 , llvm/llvm-project#2416 , rdar://1231232)
```
Since it switched to lit, it stopped printing the bug numbers.
