Modify TestContextExtension to call test.php file to keep track of test name during code coverage gathering.
Controlled by a new environment variable called ENABLE_CODE_COVERAGE.

Coverage Status

Coverage remained the same at 53.16% when pulling fbcbe1a on new-codecoverage into 4267fee on MFTF3.0.0-RC2.
