item layout updates can't remove after add when create new widget

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Go to admin
2. Content > Widgets
3. Add new widget
4. In section "Layout Updates" Add Layout Update
5. Try to click on icon basket to remove item

Expected result (*)

1. Item should be remove

Actual result (*)

1. Item cannot remove
2. Only first item could be removed
