Description
This PR contains a test for deleting CMS block from grid by Admin User

Steps To reproduce:

1 - Create CMS block
2 - Login as Admin User
3 - Navigate to Content->Blocks
4 - Find Created CMS Block
5 - Delete Created CMS Block
6 - Perform Assertions
