tier price of a simple/virtual product does not appear on a configurable product page

We have created some configurable products with unique simple/virtual products, colors and prices.
Every simple or virtual product has a tier price.
But the tier prices does not appear on the product detail page on frontend.

Tested on blank and luma theme.

This is still a problem under 2.0.7.
