Negotiable Quote Address Renderer Requires Postcode

Preconditions and environment

• Magento 2.4.5-p2
• Make Zip/Postal Code optional for your country
  general/country/optional_zip_countries

Steps to reproduce

1- Enable B2B features
2-Create B2B account
3-Add default billing/shipping address (with empty post code)
4-Create negotiable quote
5-Check the Quote under my Account.
6-View Detail of selected Quote
7-Try to shipping address from Select Existing Address list/

Expected result

After setting shipping address,Quote's shipping address data must show selected address.

Actual result

After setting shipping address,Quote's shipping address still empty.

Additional information

we can see quote's address assignment at database level
but we cant render it because of postcode check.

Thank you for reporting and collaboration.

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop instance with EE edition and the issue is reproducible.Kindly refer the screenshots.

Steps to reproduce

• 1- Enable B2B features
• 2-Create B2B account
• 3-Add default billing/shipping address (with empty post code)
• 4-Create negotiable quote
• 5-Check the Quote under my Account.
• 6-View Detail of selected Quote
• 7-Try to shipping address from Select Existing Address list/

It is working fine when we select existing address with post code.

When we select Select Existing Address without postcode the address is not rendering Hence Confirming the issue.
