Error wit installing with composer in folder setup

I followed installation guide, it says to also run composer install in setup directory

this is the result

[dev@server setup]$ composer install
Composer could not find a composer.json file in /home/dev/domains/qdays.nl/public_html/magento2/setup
To initialize a project, please create a composer.json file as described in the http://getcomposer.org/ "Getting Started" section

In alpha108 composer.json of the setup tool has been merged with the one of the base application:

Moved dependencies from setup/composer.json to the root composer.json and removed the former one"

@seansan You don't need to run composer install in setup folder. We are working on updating documentation.
