Definition window can be scrolled

I'm finding that in some cases, the definition window can be scrolled around if I mouse over it. It only seems to happen in rare cases, but I've seen it a couple times today:

In the second image, the big off-colored gray box is the intellisense window.

Can you show a bigger image? I don't know what is in the first image, are there a scroll bar somewhere?

There is no scroll bar -- the first image is the entire type hinting window viewport.

I'll try to get some better images when I get into the office on Monday.
