Discussion: Project Manager for Java often fails to recognize folders as containing Java projects (in absence of Maven/gradle build files) and there seems to be no way to force it to treat as java.

The situation should be better once we support:

• increasingly recognize the source roots when user opens different java files: Refresh the invisible project's classpath on demand eclipse-jdtls/eclipse.jdt.ls#2160
• Do some more folder scan (and be smart) when the invisible project import is kick off: Search more folders to infer source roots for invisible projects eclipse-jdtls/eclipse.jdt.ls#2176
