Update Nipype command line interface

As mentioned in #77 (comment), the current wip_nipype_cmd notebook will be replaced by advanced_command_line_interface.ipynb.

The advanced_command_line_interface.ipynb example is still very sparce and should be extended to show the mutliple facets of the command line interface.
