Describe the bug
Heli sync desaster if set bandwidth_reduction to "maximum" in mtaserver.conf
To reproduce
Set bandwidth_reduction to maximum in mtaserver.conf
Let player A fly a Police Maverick at z positions > 1860
As player B, warp to player A
Expected behaviour
No desync :)
