Explanation to run the GitHub Action for non-users

Hi, it is me, again. Asking, for a third time, for someone to explain how to use the fucking GitHub Actions to a person who has basic knowledge of coding! Seriously, that way, many would have what they want and not wait until whoever runs this repository remembers and converts the latest OTF file into a TTF one. So, could whoever read this do proper step by step guide so we would no longer bother you and everyone gets their happy ending, okay?

Clone the repository, add a release tag, update the release link, upload original assets (.OTF mainly), go to the GitHub repository page for Actions, go to the Actions page, click "Build Unifont" and enter the new release tag that you made and uploaded original assets for.
