Monitor the status of fix for XML parser on Android

There is a PR open in Log4J which, hopefully, fixes the inability to use XML configuration: apache/logging-log4j2#3071

Once it is merged, review the capabilities and update the ReadMe accordingly.

Seems like the fix is scheduled in Log4J v2.25
