Allow Users to Set Node Ports on the NGINX Service

As a potential user of NGF
I want to set the Node Ports for the NGINX service for my installation of NGF
So that I can expose the NGF data plane pods on the ports that will work for my environment.

Acceptance

• Allow user the ability to configure the NodePorts we provision
  • Getting started doc needs to be changed to use new Service type
    • Include valid configuration info for port mapping
  • We are going to provision the NodePorts for the user. We need to change the guide to ensure kind stills works.
• If the user supplies an invalid port, the NginxProxy resource will be rejected.
