Incorrect Galaxy role names #14

Description
The following roles are named incorrectly in Galaxy:
nginxinc.ansible_role_nginx_controller_api_definition_importnginxinc.ansible_role_nginx_controller_publish_api
The working assumption is that the roles' metadata did not include role_name at the time of the Galaxy import. This has since been corrected in the metadata files, however will not be in effect until the roles are re-imported into Galaxy. Once this happens, the role names in this repo (and release drafter files' installation instructions) will need to be updated accordingly.
